General terms and conditions for using our services.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of Migo.Host website and services (hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, panels/licenses, support). By using the services, you agree to these terms.
2. Account & security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity within your account.
- Infrastructure access (FTP/SFTP/SSH, databases, panels) must be protected with strong passwords and, where possible, 2FA.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, DDoS, unauthorized scanning, or any activity that harms the network or other customers.
- We may rate‑limit or isolate services in case of abuse or security risk.
4. Billing
Services are billed according to the selected plan and period. Non‑payment may lead to suspension.
5. Availability & maintenance
Incidents and maintenance are published on the Status page. Planned maintenance may be required for security updates and upgrades.
6. Data & backups
If backups are included, they reduce risk but do not replace your own backup policy. You remain responsible for your content.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption) to the extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate services in case of abuse, security risk, or violations of these terms or the law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.
